Jeff Carlos brings 17 years of culinary expertise as head chef leading with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and positive kitchen culture. He’s earned accolades from Canada Food Network’s “You Gotta Eat Here” and Avenue Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40.
Gil Carlos provides over 20 years of restaurant experience in hiring, training, and developing management to maintain high service standards and consistency. His dedication to mentorship has fueled rapid growth with well-implemented systems that ensure success.
